“I have the – probably unattainable goal – of reading all the important literary classics.”
Fabian Schultz
What made you chose to work at ifok?
It has often been emphasized – I can only repeat it: ifok is active in the key issues of our time. There is a lot to do: The digital transformation poses challenges for business, politics and society. The world of work is changing. Public administration must become more modern, more innovative and even closer to citizens. I am proud to work on important issues for the future of our society every day.
How long have you been part of the ifok team and where were you before?
I joined ifok at the end of 2018 as a Fellow for Change Management. Before that, I studied economics at the University of Mannheim and international business administration in beautiful Vienna. During my studies, I was particularly fascinated by the content at the intersection of business psychology and strategic management. That’s why the next step towards becoming a change consultant was an obvious one for me.
What sets you apart at the office?
I asked a few colleagues this question. Here are their answers:
“Thanks to his calm and relaxed manner, you always feel safe and in good hands in a project with him – our customers also sense this and are happy to get into creative experiments.”
“He has good analytical skills, works in a very structured way and keeps a level head even in stressful situations.”
“Fabian’s diplomatic skills untie many a Gordian project knot.”
What three things can you not live without on your next long train ride?
In addition to my laptop and a caffeinated drink, a book is a must. A while ago, I set myself the ambitious – probably rather unattainable – goal of reading all the important literary classics.
