Why do you work at ifok?

ifok combines experiential knowledge with the latest developments and trends. Competence and innovative strength are absolutely top-notch!

Since when have you been working here and where were you previously?

I can call myself a part of ifok since the summer of 2020. I brought with me 20 years of experience in project management consulting and organizational development in various industries. My four-year stay abroad in Zimbabwe and Ethiopia, where I was able to live and advance intercultural and interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of urban development and environmental protection, shapes me to this day.

What drives you in your working life?

I am an engineer at heart: analytical, objective, precise. With a good portion of foresight. Sometimes I address problems before others have even noticed them. That can be a bit premature, especially in the private sphere.

What do you do that is particularly sustainable?

We grow a variety of vegetables and fruit in our small garden. In the summer, grapes, berries, pears, or tomatoes are within arm’s reach, just like in the land of milk and honey. For the winter, we are busy preserving and cellaring.
