“I like it when ideas fly back and forth during brainstorming sessions.”
Anke Vollmer
What made you decide to work at ifok?
It never gets boring here! New projects, methods and topics mean that there’s always a lot of variety in my working life. My projects allow me to contribute to sustainable development. Plus, the chance to work flexibly suits me really well.
How long have you been at ifok and where were you before?
I have been at ifok for 10 years. Before that, I tried my hand at being a journalist and also had a stint in the public sector.
What excites you the most about your working life?
I like the process of brainstorming, throwing ideas around and coming up with the answer to tricky process questions in the team. Lots of my colleagues are doing such interesting and inspiring things that I can learn from.
What do you do in your spare time?
At the moment, I’m learning a lot about ambulances, wheeled loaders, caterpillar diggers and tractors from my little boy.
