What made you decide to work at ifok?

When did you start at ifok and where were you beforehand?

I have been here since spring 2017. Before that, I spent many, many years in the IT industry, working at large firms – my longest stints were at Hewlett Packard and Microsoft. I was always in HR and focused on personal and organisational development. I lived and worked in England for eight years during that time.

What sets you apart at the office?

I ask a lot of questions before giving any answers and am pragmatic about my work. I like to take a systematic approach and am known for my philosophy that work should also be fun!

What do you especially enjoy doing in your free time?

I am outside whenever possible – running, hiking and cycling.

In what ways do you act sustainably?

In the way I handle relationships and people.

What three things can’t you do without on your next vacation?

Sausages, a spritzer and my family.
