Gisela Erler

Gisela Erler is a family researcher, entrepreneur and politician for the Green Party. From 2011 to 2021, she was a voting State Councillor for Civil Society and Citizen Participation in the government of Baden-Württemberg. There, she successfully implemented Minister President Kretschmann’s ” Policy of being heard”. In 1991, she founded pme Familienservice GmbH, now Germany’s largest provider of family support services for companies. In 1985, she published the Green Party’s highly controversial “Mothers’ Manifesto”. Gisela Erler studied German and sociology.
