Energy becomes the future

Time pressure, conflicts over land access, public opposition? We’ll give your project a boost. With a hands-on mentality for the energy of the future.

Energy transition means more than wind turbines

The energy of the future must be reliable, affordable, and climate-neutral. Our energy system must be expanded and transformed rapidly. Whether it’s the expansion of renewable energies, storage systems, electrical systems, and power lines, or the construction of the hydrogen grid in Germany – every year of delay costs a lot of money and makes us more vulnerable to global crises.

Our mission: to implement energy projects as quickly and economically efficiently as possible. We keep the time between investment decision and commissioning as short as possible.

To achieve this, all the cogs must mesh seamlessly: project management, planning, construction, and effective communication within project organizations and with public stakeholders. What does this require? Reliable coordination of the trades and holistic communication: from internal coordination, political stakeholder management, and dialogues with the public utility companies (TÖB), to communication with municipalities and landowners. Despite all the technology, the energy transition is a people business. And with us, that’s in good hands.

From electricity to strategy

Our clients are under immense pressure: political targets, complex regulations, approval backlogs, litigation risks, declining acceptance, and staff shortages. Whether it’s the expansion of renewable energy, the restructuring of the heat supply, power lines, or the hydrogen grid in Germany – we take the pressure off your shoulders. We manage your project and all communications so you can focus on what matters most – effective projects with impact.

Whether it’s project coordination, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, or trust building – we tackle your challenging issues to help your project gain momentum. Having successfully completed 150 energy projects with an investment volume of over €100 billion, we’ve turned our experience into our core brand: In the end, it’s not the theoretically best plan that counts. It’s the plan that achieves the most important goals and can actually be implemented.

For all those who make the energy of the future possible

Transmission system operators, project developers, ministries, municipalities, federal authorities or energy associations: Our customers want to plan faster, minimize risks and build trust.

Our customers

Off-the-peg solutions are not what we do.

We are experts on our topics. We are familiar with the scene and the debates going on within it. We invest in the innovation potential of interdisciplinary teams, data-driven analyses and above all in the experience of the people on location. It’s not the last word that counts for us, but the best solution.

FAQ

The expansion of renewable energies refers to the expansion of the use of energy sources such as wind, solar, and hydropower. The goal is to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and generate climate-neutral energy.

The expansion of renewable energies is crucial to achieving climate goals, reducing CO2 emissions and making energy supplies independent of fossil fuels and global crises.

The hydrogen (core) network in Germany is an infrastructure project that enables the transport and distribution of green hydrogen to decarbonise industry, transport and energy supply.

Expanding the power grid is crucial for efficiently distributing the increasing amount of electricity from renewable energy sources. This ensures a stable, reliable energy supply and avoids bottlenecks.

Power lines are crucial for the energy transition because they enable the transport of electricity from renewable sources over long distances. They are necessary for integrating decentralized energy generation into the grid.

The expansion of power lines is complicated by approval processes, lawsuits, and conflicts with municipalities. This delays implementation and increases project costs.

The “energy of the future” refers to a climate-neutral, sustainable energy supply based on renewable energies and using innovative technologies such as hydrogen and smart grids.
